SHIPPING & RETURNS
GENERAL:
1- If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2- Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in relation to the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3- Shipping costs for product shipments will be paid by the buyers.
4- Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a legal period of 30 days, provided that this period is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers can terminate the contract.
5- Just so you know – the purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications in the order, along with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
6- In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date the seller becomes aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
1- If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
1- If it is determined after the delivery of the product that the credit card used by the buyer has been unfairly used by unauthorized persons, and if the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost to be borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
1- If there are unforeseen circumstances that the seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified of the situation. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the fee will be refunded to him in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
1- The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery; dented, broken, torn packaging, etc., damaged and defective goods/services will not be received from the cargo company. The received goods/services will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1-The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, by notifying the SELLER through the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1- If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the execution of the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period has expired.
2- The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
3-To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days via registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions set out in this contract regarding "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised."
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
1- The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER must be returned (if the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Order returns for which invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued).
2- The return form and the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with their boxes, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
1- The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and the documents that put the BUYER in debt within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
2- If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason caused by the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of the BUYER's fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period.
3- If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is exceeded due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the amount of the discount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
1- Products that are prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or clearly their personal needs and are not suitable for return, underwear bottoms, swimwear, bikini bottoms, makeup products, single-use products, goods that are in danger of rapid deterioration or that may expire, products whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under a subscription contract, services performed immediately in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer, and the return of sound or visual recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, and computer consumables if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER, is not possible as per the Regulation. Also, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.
2- For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and tapes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), the packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused for them to be returnable.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
1- If the BUYER defaults on a credit card payment, the BUYER agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may seek legal remedies; the BUYER may be required to pay the costs and attorney's fees that arise, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults on their debt, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for the losses and damages incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.
